COLORWORKS COMMERCIAL WARRANTY EXTENSION PROMOTION 2020
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Purchase selected Epson label printers (see para 2), from 01.07.2020 to 30.09.2020 midnight, from SONRA ID Solutions Ltd., and you will be eligible to claim a two year extension in addition to the Epson one (1) year Commercial Warranty.
- Epson label printers for UK the which qualify for Commercial Warranty extension (“Qualifying Products”): C3500, C6000, C6500
- This offer is only available upon registration of Qualifying Products at epson.co.uk/printerwarranty within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and no later than 30.10.2020.
- This offer extends the Epson one (1) year Commercial Warranty on the Qualifying Products to a three (3) year Commercial Warranty for hardware. For more information on Commercial Warranty and conditions applicable for qualifying Products please see epson.eu/warranty.
- The Promotion is open to end user customers only. Claims for Qualifying Products purchased which will be resold to a third party are not eligible for this Promotion. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.
How to claim
- Purchase an Epson Product from SONRA ID Solutions Ltd. and complete the claim form available at epson.co.uk/printerwarranty and submit it with your proof of purchase (copy of invoice or receipt).
- The proof of purchase must clearly show the: date of purchase, name of Qualifying Product and reseller name.
- Claim forms must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase and before midnight 30.10.2020.
- This promotion is limited to fifty (50) claims per customer.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Epson promotion and there are no cash alternatives.
- This promotion is only open to persons aged 18 years and above and a resident in UK or Ireland.
- This promotion is not open to employees of Epson, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers or anyone connected with the offer.
Personal data
- During registration for the Promotion you will need to provide your personal data necessary for Epson to administer the Promotion. You will find more information in the Promotions Privacy Information Statement. In addition to using your personal data for the Promotion, Epson also asks your consent for Epson to send marketing materials such as surveys regarding Epson branded products, newsletters and/or advertisements from Epson. You are not obliged to do so.
- The Promoter will not accept responsibility for claims lost, delayed, illegible or fraudulent claims or for those claims not received by the closing date. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery unless sent by special delivery. It reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that these terms and conditions have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all registration claim forms and supporting documents.
General
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which you have purchased the Epson product and come under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.
