The AV500 reader is an industrial 1D / 2D barcode scanner setting a new paradigm for logistics tracking with high speed transportation systems on all conveyor sizes, airport baggage handling systems, sorting, and static reading applications.
The AV500 reader creates a new optical standard for unattended data capture solutions with an industry-leading 5 megapixel resolution CMOS sensor, image acquisition at 32 frames per second, dynamic focus or adjustable focus, and multiple lens options.
With a wide field-of-view and excellent depth-of-field provided by several dynamic focus options, the AV500 barcode reader is an ideal choice for smart track logistic solutions, baggage handling systems, and retail smart distribution applications.
Continuous frame acquisition, no-flashing white or red integrated illumination, and colored spot indicators make the AV500 reader the unprecedented solution for operator-attended applications as manual object presentation in overhead scanning mode or manual conveyor loading.
PackTrack™ capability allows the AV500 reader to minimize the gap between objects and increase the system productivity. FPGA hardware accelerates real-time image elaboration. The Matrix 300N™ with 1.3 and 2 Megapixel high resolution sensors, is an ultra-compact image-based barcode reader with outstanding performance and the smallest form factor; the ideal solution for Automotive, Electronics, Intralogistics, Food & Beverage, Packaging, Document Processing and Medical applications.
The Matrix 300N allows an easy and effective focus control for high reading flexibility because of the manual focus adjustment and the Liquid Lens technology for an electronic remote focus control.
The innovative lighting solution with an integrated flexible illumination system makes the Matrix 300N imager perfect for reading barcodes marked with DPM (Direct Part Marking) resulting in optimal illumination on normal, etched, reflective or textured surfaces.
The Matrix 300N 2MP high power 10 LEDs illuminator is suitable for long range reading distances and the multi LED-chain illuminator with diffuser is very effective in barcode reading on flat surfaces with machining flaw.
The polarized illuminator is the ideal solution for reading on reflective or glossy surfaces and allows extreme mounting flexibility since the reader can be mounted 90° to the target surface.
The Continuous High Power Mode (CHPM) lighting option is available on the 2 Megapixel models to eliminate the flickering effect, avoiding any disturbance to the operator when the reader is used in Presentation Mode.

Datalogic’s Matrix 210N™ offers extreme reading performance and integrated Ethernet, Ethernet/IP and PROFINET in an ultra-compact housing.
With a WVGA image sensor able to capture up to 60 frames per second, and a flexible and powerful illuminator, the Matrix 210™ offers best-in-class direct part marked bar code reading capabilities. The unrivaled decoding libraries running on the high speed hardware platform deliver superior reading performance and impressive decoding rates, supporting high system throughput which delivers overall production efficiency.
Both read data and captured images are transferred using the on-board Ethernet ports. The captured images can be either saved internally or easily and quickly uploaded to external PCs for storage or offline analysis.
Compact dimensions with straight or right angle optical options and electronic variable focus option, provides superb contact reading capability and a simple mechanical integration into tight spaces.
Installation and maintenance are extremely easy with the X-PRESS™ Interface. X-PRESS features a five LED bar graph with a multifunction key for immediate access to functions such as Aiming, Setup, Automatic Learning, and Test Mode. The Matrix 120 is the perfect solution when small dimension, simple integration and performance are the key drivers. This makes the Matrix 120 the ideal product for OEM customers: Chemical/Biomedical industry and Print & Apply applications. Additionally, this imager is perfect for entry level applications in the Factory Automation arena: Electronics, Packaging and Food/Beverage.
The Matrix 120 is available in different models, including a WVGA sensor for standard applications or a 1.2 MP sensor for high resolution barcodes. Moreover, the wide-angle version makes the Matrix 120 the perfect solution for proximity reading and with the polarized model a 90° mounting is possible also over reflecting surfaces.
The Matrix 120 with the red-light model is the first stationary industrial scanner in the market able to read Digimarc Barcode for added value decoding applications.
The Matrix 120 features the top industrial grade parts in its class (IP65 and 0-45 ºC / 32 – 113 ºF), with ESD safe models for applications in the electronic industry and a glass-free reading window, suitable for the Food and Beverage environment.
