HM Side Conveyor System
Side conveyor for around labelling of cylindrical products.
Conveyor with direct drive in the conveyor end built on an open stainless steel HACCP frame.
The side conveyor is mounted onto the conveyor with a plate to press the products onto the side conveyor.
The side label machine is mounted on a horizontal spindle which makes it easily adjustable to different product heights and label positions.
The label is dispensed on the product when it starts to turn and the side conveyor rolls the label onto the product. The label must be stiff enough to hold itself up while the product turns round and gets the label applied. (See drawing) •The HM600 label dispenser for side labelling max line has a speed of 40 m/min. •The HM3000-Servo label dispenser for side labelling max line speed is 60 m/min. ** With the HM3000 you can upgrade with an HM Pro A printer module.
