Deeper inside The SpeedMate Pro is suitable for “wipe-on” applications on moving products. It is a general-purpose solution, developed to cover most labeling needs within the range of standard self-adhesive pre-printed labels. Labeling can be performed on the top side, bottom side, or both sides. It has a rugged and corrosion-resistant construction using anodized aluminum and stainless steel. Paper tensioning, motorized unwinding, and rewinding mechanisms are controlled by 3 stepper motors. It requires low force on moving parts to ensure operator safety. Overview
1. Powered unwinder, removable, with reel holder Ø 350 mm (core 3’’, 76mm) Optional: up to Ø 400 mm reel holder.
2. Optical label sensor or ultrasonic label sensor (for transparent labels).
3. Hinged dispensing blade. Complete with foam press rollers. The blade shown is the «short» version; available as an alternative to the «long» one, used in combination with optional TTO printers.
4. Powered rewinder unit capable of up to Ø245 mm external rewinder diameter. It includes a reel meter sensor.
5. Powered dispensing group, with exclusive paper pulling group without any counter roller in contact. The paper path is completely open.

The 7-inch LCD touchscreen control panel has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
It is intuitive and easy to use, featuring icons, and has three levels of management (operator, supervisor, and service).
The compact display is splash-resistant.
The rugged, corrosion-resistant control panel shell is made of anodized aluminum so it can be used in harsh industrial environments.
