HM Tri Roller System
Conveyor for around labelling of cylindrical products.
Conveyor with direct drive in the conveyor end built on an open stainless steel HACCP frame.
The tri-roller system is mounted onto the conveyor with a separator unit.
The side label machine is mounted on a horizontal spindle which makes it easily adjustable to different product heights and label positions.
The label is dispensed around the product after it has started to turn around and when the label is applied the tri-roller system lets go of the product to get a new product in.
There is a PLC control mounted on this system.

There are 3 versions of this solution: • The system with HM300 label dispenser labelling speed is max. 20 m/min. • The system with HM600 label dispenser labelling speed is max. 40 m/min. • The system with HM3000-Servo label dispenser labelling speed is max. 60 m/min. ** With the HM3000 you can upgrade to a HM Pro A printer module.
